Weekend wrap, with a Hawaii spot!

What a weekend of racing! From an IM in South Africa that saw Simon (Snowy to most) gain a spot to Hawaii in a hot race in South Africa. Tough for some..(Jodie Swallow blown off her bike by a helicopter !) but Snowy handled the conditions very well and was consistent to the very end. Sensational day (only glitch, needing someone to CUT his wetsuit to get it off… Clever!). Awesome job Snowy!

Short Course racing in St Kilda; Strong races by Liz who was 2nd girl across the line and 1st in AG, Taylor Jones in the sprint (3rd across the line and 2nd in his age group) looking the goods for SSV event coming up in 10 days. Vicky a PB in her 2nd Olympic distance event, Neil, MRconsistent takes 3rd again and great to see Greg back racing again.

Finally Virginie loves a challenge raced Mountain bikes on Saturday and backs up for a 4th place in the Olympic distance eace on Sunday.

To Nic, preparation for his Nth Face event in May. With close to 3km of ascending Nic Finished in around 6hrs outstanding effort. Some of those climbs looked about around 25%!!!!

Eibhilin and Chris ran and rode as part of a team in an adventure race in Eildon- no communication with the coach as to how it went and I could not find a results tab on the website.
