There are varying options for TRG athletes. Coaches spend time getting to know the athlete, either as a casual attendee or as a permanent, programmed athlete.

45min to 1 hour consultation – program revision/race brief/debrief, etc.
Regular attendance at coached sessions (per month)
Casual attendance at coached sessions
Casual attendance at coached sessions (pre purchase – multi pass, 10 sessions)
Personal Swim/Bike/Run/Strength Sessions (1 hour)
